"Arrow: The Return"

"Arrow: The Return”, is a 20 foot metal sculpture of a Kumeyaay arrow planted at the intersection of Cesar Chavez Blvd and Logan Avenue. It was created as the first of a twin symbol of unity between The CENTRO & Chican@Park.
